What if this event is too expensive for me, but I would like to attend?
That's ok! We understand that many people's financial situations right now are somewhat precarious. We attempted to figure out the fairest price for what the event will entail, but if it is financially not feasible for you and you would like to attend, please reach out to email@example.com and we can work with you!
What about COVID-19
The elephant in the room - what about the global pandemic we are currently in. We are actively monitoring all Virginia state guidelines. Should anything happen that would cause a massive change to the event, we will make sure to update everyone as soon as possible.

Yorktown Class of 2011 Alumni are welcome to bring as many guests as they like, as long as all guests are 21+ and have purchased a ticket.
If I am coming from out of town, where should I stay?
We are looking into booking a hotel block for out of town visitors! Please check back here for more information soon.
Some of our classmates have not heard about this reunion, what is up with that?
It's probably because we don't have the most current contact information. Please encourage them to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with their most up to date e-mail and any social media accounts so we can make sure they receive reunion materials!
What is the cost of attending the event?
Most of the activities throughout the weekend will be free, but the Main Reception will have a cost associated with it to cover the venue rental, food, full open bar, and games that we will be providing.
February 1-May 31: $75 per person + taxes and fees
June 1-July 31: $80 per person + taxes and fees
August 1-August 31: $85 per person + taxes and fees
September 1-October 10: $90 per person + taxes and fees
