
Most of the activities throughout the weekend will be free, but the Main Reception will have a cost associated with it to cover the venue rental, food, full open bar, and games that we will be providing.
Early bird tickets are $75 per person + taxes and fees. Below is the schedule of price increases for tickets:
February 1-May 31: $75 per person + taxes and fees
June 1-July 31: $80 per person + taxes and fees
August 1-August 31: $85 per person + taxes and fees
September 1-October 10: $90 per person + taxes and fees
That's ok! We understand that many people's financial situations right now are somewhat precarious. We attempted to figure out the fairest price for what the event will entail, but if it is financially not feasible for you and you would like to attend, please reach out to yhsclass2011@gmail.com and we can work with you!
Through the month of April there is also the option to purchase a two part installment plan! You will purchase a $30 ticket (+fees) upfront and then be emailed a code to purchase the second installment of $45 (+fees) before September 16th.

The elephant in the room - what about the global pandemic we are currently in. We are actively monitoring all Virginia state guidelines. Should anything happen that would cause a massive change to the event, we will make sure to update everyone as soon as possible.
If we are in only a slightly better situation than what is currently going on, we will have outdoor space and will make sure all safety precautions are followed.
Yorktown Class of 2011 Alumni are welcome to bring as many guests as they like, as long as all guests are 21+ and have purchased a ticket.
Unfortunately, as the Main Reception will be geared towards the adults, children will not be allowed, however all other events throughout the weekend will be family friendly!
